The design accomodates layers to be worn underneath, but the coat is warm on its own.

Lightweight, soft fleece, warm. I am so pleased with the "swing" shape and the cuffed sleeves which become important to be able to adjust for somewhat shorter arms. I was torn between this "button" jacket and the "swing" coat, but the Button jacket also has a swing effect. Looks like thick winter coat but so light. It's just what I was looking for.

Love this jacket! Fleece is soft, warm, and comfortable. Styling is great, layers well, and fits true to size. The colors choices are all tempting but I love my plum jacket, very bright and deep color. This was my first purchase it won't be my last. Products shipped quickly and were received promptly even right before the holiday.

The jacket is light weight but provides a high degree of warmth. I love the collar design, with the option of being all buttoned up for additional comfort or leaving it loose. I love how easy it is to clean and how it maintains it shape. The only criticism I have of the coat is that it "sheds." I have green fluff on my seat belt in the car that comes off on other clothing, and it leaves fluff on many surfaces. You need to be careful what you wear with it or have a roller handy.
